I didn't start Abax because businesses needed another consultant. I started it because too many good businesses make decisions without ever seeing the full picture.
Throughout my career I've watched leadership teams wrestle with declining margins, inventory issues, operational bottlenecks and underperforming products. Rarely was the problem isolated.
Finance blamed operations. Operations blamed systems. Supply chain blamed forecasting. Everyone had part of the answer. Nobody had the whole picture.
That's where I discovered I could help. Helping leaders understand what's really happening inside their business. Because once you truly understand the problem, better decisions become much easier.
How I Work
I don't believe businesses need another consultant who arrives with a predetermined solution.
The best outcomes come from listening first, understanding the business, asking better questions and then building practical solutions together.
I enjoy connecting finance, operations, systems and people because businesses don't operate in silos. Neither should their advisors.
